Integrating nutrition into healthcare systems worldwide
The Food is Medicine Global Alliance (FIM GA) strengthens evidence, accelerates implementation, promotes visibility, and advances policy and sustainable financing globally.
Food as care. Health as a system.
Food is Medicine (FIM) refers to healthcare-integrated interventions that use nutritious food to prevent, manage, and treat diet-related diseases.
As momentum grows globally, evidence, implementation models, financing pathways, and policy approaches are often developed in isolation. The Alliance exists to connect these efforts, strengthen coordination, and help build a more coherent global field.
