Zuzanna Zielińska is an environmental nutritionist working to advance the Food is Medicine movement in the European Union through non-profit initiatives. She has founded several organisations focused on creating a fairer, more integrated food and healthcare system. Her current work centres on developing solutions for the Agri-Health System.

She is the founder of HarvestCare, a non-profit incubated in the Fresh Ventures program and co-piloted by Metabolic, which runs Food Pharmacy programs for type 2 diabetes patients. As part of a Dutch-based consortium, HarvestCare leads an EU project to develop an Agri-Health Impact Bond to make regenerative organic products accessible through healthcare incentives.

Through the Portuguese-based NGO Regenerative Healthcare European Association (RHEA), Zuzanna works to compile nutrient density research and highlight the links between soil health and human health in healthcare settings. She also serves on the advisory board of the Polish NGO Ground Up, which supports the transition to regenerative farming.
